Dry, bright and snappy. Layers of complex floral and fruit esters from the symbiotic fermentation of British and Belgium yeast. These expressive strains work beautifully with our whole flower single farm hops and heritage locally malted barley.

Ingredients: Heritage malted barley, UK hops. Regeneratively grown YQ wheat, expressive yeasts, Cornish water. All our beers are Vegan and Lactose Free.
