Delivery
We charge a flat rate of £7.99 postage & packaging for all deliveries in the UK (mainland only). Orders over £55 qualify for free delivery.
We use APC’s Next day Parcel Service. All tracking details will be forwarded to your chosen email address on dispatch.
Orders are typically packed and prepared for courier collection on Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. All orders after midday on Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
During busier periods, given the size of our family brewery, delivery times may increase.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and/or postcode or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

Collection
If you would like to collect your order directly from the brewery in Lostwithiel, Cornwall.
Simply select the collection option at the checkout. We will send a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect.
