There and Back Again: Dark Lager 5.2%

Dark Lagers are a thing of wonder. In our opinion, one of the most under appreciated styles of beer. A knife’s edge balance of crisp simplicity and complex roasty-toasty deliciousness.

We use grain kilned at lower moisture levels to give a snappy, crisp roast character. This is paired with whole flower hops and heritage and regenerative grains. Pull up a bench, clink glasses, and settle in for the darker evenings ahead.

Ingredients: Heritage malted barley, UK hops. Regeneratively grown YQ wheat, expressive yeasts, Cornish water. All our beers are Vegan and Lactose Free.
