Under a Tree: Coolship IPA 5.3%

This is the first Coolship India Pale Ale we brewed, and in some ways the beer that expresses the impact of a coolship better than any other.

We use one farm for all of our hops, Hukin Hops in Kent. We believe they produce the best in the UK and we love working directly with growers wherever possible.

An IPA is all about structure and balance; how to hang a large hop profile on a slender malt frame; how to hold your hops in equilibrium on a pinnacle. This is what makes them exciting to brew and rewarding when you land it.
